Delete via the Lyvra app
The fastest way to delete your account is directly from the app:
- Open the Lyvra app
- Go to Settings
- Tap Account → Delete Account
- Confirm your choice
Your account and all associated data are permanently deleted after a 30-day grace period, during which you can still cancel by signing back in.

What gets deleted
- Your profile (name, email address)
- All energy usage data and history
- Charging sessions and schedules
- Locations and connected devices
- Subscription and payment records
Energy data may be retained in anonymised, aggregated form for statistical purposes (GDPR Art. 89). Invoices are kept for 7 years where Dutch tax law requires it.
