This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies lyvra.energy uses, why, and how to change your choice. For the app and your personal data, see the privacy policy.
In short
We use one marketing cookie, the Meta Pixel, and only if you allow it. We do not sell your data. Everything we place is listed in the tables below.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. Similar technologies such as local storage do the same thing and fall under the same rules. We call all of them "cookies" in this policy.
Consent
We may place necessary cookies without asking, because the site does not work without them. For everything else we ask your permission first.
Until you make a choice, we place only necessary cookies. Refusing is as easy as accepting: both buttons sit side by side in the same step. You never have to accept cookies to use the site or the service.

We use Google Analytics to see which pages people visit and where they come from, so we can improve the site. IP anonymisation is enabled and we do not share this data with Google for advertising purposes. If you refuse statistics cookies, Google Analytics is not loaded at all.

We use the Meta Pixel to measure how many visitors who reach us through our adverts on Facebook and Instagram go on to the App Store or Google Play. It tells Meta which page you viewed and whether you clicked a store button. Meta receives that data as a controller in its own right and can combine it with what it knows from your Facebook or Instagram account; see Meta's privacy policy. If you refuse marketing cookies, the pixel is not loaded at all.
Changing or withdrawing your choice
You can change your choice at any time via Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. Withdrawing is as easy as giving consent, and takes effect from the moment you withdraw.
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies will break parts of the site.
The app
The Lyvra app does not use cookies, but it does use similar technologies for crash reporting and usage statistics. We ask for that separately when you first use the app, and you can change your choice at any time under Settings. See the privacy policy for details.
